I have trusted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and have been baptized by immersion upon a profession of that trust (or will be baptized at the next possible opportunity). I enthusiastically support the essential beliefs, purposes, values and strategy of this church.

 

1.  I will share the responsibility of my church by:

     - Praying for its health,

     - Inviting my unchurched friends,

     - Warmly welcoming those who attend,

     - Sharing my personal faith story.

 2.  I will support the message of my church by:

     - Attending worship faithfully,

     - Living a life of godliness in the community,

     - Discovering and using my spiritual gifts in ministry,

     - Giving regularly.

3.  I will protect the unity of my church by:

      - Acting in love toward other members,

      - Following the leadership of appointed leaders,

      - Refusing to listen to or pass along gossip.
